Let yourself loose while learning a thing or two?

Then consider checking out Mobtown Ballroom. Located on 861 Washington Blvd it’s a nifty place in the city to leave your cares at the door. Consisting of a variety of dance styles, offering salsa, swing, belly dancing, blues, Lindy Hop, and belly dancing, they aim to support a fun and social environment while you dance.

The playfulness they offer is clear in their events. With many themed parties, such as dress to impress or 80’s wedding, they want everyone to have a good time while not taking themselves too seriously.

Still on the fence? Then consider going on a Friday or Monday during their swing nights. From 9 to midnight you can “swing the night away” for $5 and for an extra $5 you can come in an hour earlier and get a swing lesson. They also offer the same deal with their Salsa nights on certain Saturdays during the month. Click here to view their calendar of upcoming events.

They offer a number of events throughout the month. One of their special events coming up is their Anniversary Party with a whole weekend of activities for both the day and night. The whole weekend of festivities cost $65 for students and $75 for adults but if you’re looking to just attend an event or two you can just pay for that specific event which ranges from $15 to $30. Click here to see all the festivities they will be hosting.

Whether you’re looking for a good time, up for meeting new people, or searching for a place to dance. Mobtown Ballroom offers an affordable and fun environment to do all that.
